  1. Pets are not allowed on the hotel premises
  2. Swimming costume is mandatory for using pool facilities
  3. Kids above 6 years will be on a chargeable basis unless specified
  4. Driver accommodation + meal is available, subject to availability (chargeable
  5. King and twin bedrooms are subject to availability
  6. Photoshoots at the resort will involve an additional cost
  7. No smoking in the rooms and all indoor areas
  8. We request all guests to carry a photo-identity to present at check-in. Foreign nationals are required to present their passport and a valid visa
  9. Rooms together in one villa will be subject to availability
  10. The hotel reserves the right to charge for the entire duration of stay, in the event of an early departure
  11. Guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their friends, or any person for whom they are responsible
  12. The Management reserves the absolute right of admission to any person on the hotel premises and to request any guest to vacate his or her room at any moment without previous notice. In case of default, the management will be entitled to remove the luggage and belongings of the visitors from the room occupied by him or her and lock the room
  13. The management will not be responsible for any injury or ill health resulting from the use of any hotel facilities or accident that occurred on the hotel premises during the course of the guests' stay
  14. No personal servants/maids are allowed to wait upon or stay either in the room or any other area
  15. For the convenience of guests, safe deposit lockers are placed in the rooms. Visitors are particularly requested to lock the door of their room when going out or when going to bed, and not to leave the key in the keyhole. The hotel will not, in any way whatsoever, be responsible for the loss of residents' goods or any other property, or for damage thereof whether due to neglect of hotel employees or agents or any other cause whatsoever, including theft or pilferage
  16. Cancellation Policy: If cancellation is done within 72 hours of the arrival date, the full amount will be charged
