Shilpgram


Shilpgram, which literally means "craftsmen's village", is a complex for rural arts and crafts and is located 3 kilometres from Udaipur city. The complex showcases the rural life and traditions of Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Goa. Artisans sell their wares at the complex and perform folk dances. Visitors also get a chance to enjoy horse and camel rides. The complex really comes alive in December, during the 10-day Shilpgram Arts & Crafts Fair.

City Palace Complex


When India became a democracy and its states were merged into the Union of India, Rajasthan's royal rulers converted their palaces into resorts and tourist attractions to survive and generate income. Udaipur's City Palace Complex, belonging to the Mewar Royal Family sets the standard as far as such heritage tourism is concerned. Lake Pichola and Fateh Sagar Lake


Lake Pichola and Fateh Sagar Lake are the most popular artificial lakes in Udaipur. A boat ride on Lake Pichola gives you a beautiful view of the City Palace Complex. Boats depart from Rameshwar Ghat in the City Palace gardens. You can also explore Fateh Sagar Lake by hiring a paddle or motorboat at the bottom of Moti Magra hill.

Monsoon Palace

Monsoon Palace is known as the Sajjan Garh Palace. This palace overlooks the Fateh Sagar Lake and it belonged to the royal family of Mewar. In recent years, the Forest Department of India has taken over the property and has opened it for public visits. This palace is one of the best places to see in Udaipur and is located about 8 kilometres from our hotel.

Saheliyo Ka Bari Garden

This is a popular garden in Udaipur that features beautifully constructed fountains, marble elephants and lush green lawns and is one of the most popular places to visit in Udaipur. Visitors can photograph the gardens and enjoy a memorable time with friends and family. This garden is located about 10 kilometres from our hotel and can be reached in about 30 minutes.

Bagore-Ki-Haveli

Bagore-Ki-Haveli is a 138-room mansion that has since been turned into a museum. It is home to many iconic cultural attractions like the longest turban and a variety of contemporary artwork. This museum is located about 7 kilometres from our hotel and is one of the best places to see in Udaipur.
