Our resort is pet-friendly

For health and safety reasons, you are request to provide vaccination certificate while reservation with details of last vaccination date and pet fitness certificate from Veterinarian. Pet should be vaccinated with following vaccines:
  • Anti- Rabies
  • Cough & Cold
  • Combine vaccination
  • Canine distemper virus
  • Rabies
  • De worming

Pet Fees and Deposits: Guests bringing pets will be charged a one-time pet fee upon check-in as mentioned below:

Additionally, a refundable pet deposit may be required to cover any potential damages caused by the pet during the stay.

Pet Size and Breed Restrictions: Only well-behaved pets of certain sizes (upto 10kg body weight) and breeds (as mentioned) are allowed in guest rooms. Guests must inquire about specific restrictions prior to booking.

Pet Amenities: Pet-friendly amenities such as pet cage, pet beds, food bowls, and waste disposal bags will be provided in guest rooms upon request.

Housekeeping Service: Housekeeping will not enter guest rooms while pets are present unless requested by the guest. Guests are responsible for creating or otherwise containing pets during housekeeping visits.

Noise and Disturbances: Guests are responsible for ensuring that their pets do not create excessive noise or disturb other guests. Excessive barking or disruptive behaviour may result in the guest being asked to leave.

Public Areas:
  • Leash Requirement:Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier at all times while in public areas of the resort.
  • Cleanup Responsibility:Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Waste disposal stations will be provided throughout the resort for this purpose. Pets are strictly not allowed in any public areas such as – Restaurants, Bars, Banquets, Swimming pool and Recreational area.
  • Designated Walking Areas:Designated pet walking areas will be clearly marked, and guests are encouraged to use these areas for pet exercise and bathroom breaks.
  • Pet Interaction:Guests must ensure that their pets do not approach or interact with other guests or their pets without permission
  • Safety Precautions:Pets should not be left unattended in public areas. Guests are responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of their pets at all times.
Dining Areas:
  • Outdoor Dining Only: Pets are only allowed in outdoor dining areas of the resort. They are not permitted inside indoor dining facilities.
  • Table Etiquette:Pets must remain on the floor and under control of their owners at all times. They should not be allowed to climb on tables, chairs, or other furniture.
  • Respect for Other Diners: Guests must ensure that their pets do not disturb other diners. This includes keeping pets quiet and well-behaved during meal times.
  • Cleanup Responsibility: Guests are responsible for cleaning up any pet-related messes in dining areas, including spills, accidents, or food scraps.
  • Do keep your pet on a leash or in a carrier in public areas.
  • Do clean up after your pet and dispose of waste properly.
  • Do respect other guests by keeping your pet quiet and well-behaved.
  • Do inquire about any specific pet amenities or restrictions before booking your stay.
  • Do supervise your pet at all times and ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Don't allow your pet to disturb other guests or their pets.
  • Don't leave your pet unattended in guest rooms or public areas.
  • Don't allow your pet to enter indoor dining areas or other restricted areas of the resort.
  • Don't neglect to follow resort policies regarding pets, including leash requirements and cleanup responsibilities.
  • Don't assume that all areas of the resort are pet-friendly without checking first.
  • These policies are designed to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests, both those with pets and those without.
